Google to offer
Unique Waitlist capabilities for Restaurants

SACRAMENTO, CA, February 2, 2019 — Seatninja, an enterprise software platform built to power reservations, waitlists, server rotation, and guest experience for full service restaurants, announced its integration with Reserve with Google, offering restaurants the ability to allow
their guests to add themselves to a waitlist at the restaurant location.
By embedding a waitlist button in Google searches and maps, restaurants will take advantage of more than 30 million food related searches a month. The waitlist button will appear in the restaurant Google search result, and guests will have more flexibility to manage their dining
experience, while restaurants will have the power to keep guests happy by allowing them to wait where they want and show up when their table is ready.
“Google is investing heavily in its Reserve with Google platform in an effort to make their search the best way to make a reservation or get on a waitlist at full service restaurants that use software integrated with Google,” said Mike Reinero, CEO & Founder of Seatninja. “We are excited to partner with Google to offer its waitlist capabilities to our restaurant partners, allowing their customers to be added to the waitlist at anytime from anywhere, saving the restaurant time while increasing guest satisfaction.”
“We are excited about leveraging Google to help us drive guest acquisition as well as offer the Seatninja Waitlist Jump-in-Line feature,” said Doug Brown – Director of Marketing at Chicago Fire. “Giving customers the ability to instantly act on their search to make a future reservation or get on our waitlist is a game changer for our business.”
Seatninja is a restaurant management platform that provides powerful operational and customer data, empowers hosts to manage their front of house more efficiently, and creates better experiences for customers.
