Local Restaurant Owners have an opportunity to learn from the Cloud Kitchen Concept and incorporate and test new concepts in their local market.


Real Estate Investors are capturing lots of land and converting them into Ghost Kitchens out of Containers. The Real Estate companies get the proper permits for Food and Beverage including Alcohol permits. Alcohol will be allowed to be delivered  via Ghost Kitchens.  "COMING SOON" to Cloud Kitchen Concept.


The Ghost Kitchen location included a walk up area in which a consumer could view a menu and place online orders for Various food concepts.  ( New Virtual Dinning Concepts )


However, the location is built for Virtual orders coming in from 3rd party apps

For 3rd party drivers a Cloud Kitchen concept allows them to stay close to this location and simply pick up more orders ( possibly even multiple ) and keep it going for a few hours a day. Safe to say a location such as this is typically located in a dense market which allows for sustained consistent orders.


Keep in Mind all marketing of your virtual concept is done by you the business owner. In any business it requires a risk and more importantly a strategy.


Two Ways to overcome this challenge:

First: would be to use an existing email list of customers from your original business and Let them know you have a cloud kitchen to deliver in a new market area.

Second: Upload your customer email list into Facebook / Instagram and have the social platforms seek a Look Alike Audience to market your new Virtual Brand for the new market you are serving.
